Laser & Precision Metal Cutting

Buyken is able to support our customer's cutting needs by having multiple, complementary precision metal cutting operations.

• Laser cutting: We have three laser cutting stations, including a fiber and Co2 cutting station which is a punch laser combo that can process a variety of materials in one machine. All lasers are automated load/unload and up to 16x position towers.
• Punching: We have a punch turret that can punch holes in a variety of materials.
• CNC sawing: We have a CNC saw that can cut metal sheets to precise dimensions.

Machines and jobs are set up that there is almost always multiple machines and manufacturing routing available to support the fabrication of the parts. This reduces the dependency on any particular machine thus reducing scheduling impact due to workload or machine down-time.
