Buyken provides on-site application of Thermion SafTrax TH604CF, a premium anti-slip thermal-spray coating designed for walking and working surfaces where safety and durability are critical. Applied directly to steel, aluminum, and other substrates, SafTrax delivers a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, and highly textured surface ideal for industrial, marine, transportation, and architectural applications.
Process & Capabilities
- On-site anti-slip metalized coating using Thermion SafTrax TH604CF for doors, frames, platforms, stair treads, ramps, and other fabricated surfaces.
- Controlled surface preparation including grit blasting and masking for defined coating zones.
- Coefficient of Friction (COF) testing performed in-house for compliance documentation and verification to customer or regulatory specifications.
- Precise process control ensures uniform thickness, bond strength, and repeatable surface texture.
